I curantley have a carthagi wish to put fixed back seats in and out with harnices for the oddtrack time but have my sports seats in the rest of thetime. In my last car the lap strap bolted to the floor but I don't won't to dill my new floor. Will I get away with puting the lap strap on the same rear two boults as the subframes? Or will I be sent home.

for general trackdays, they don't even scrutineer cars, so you'd be ok, but for racing they might pull you up if it doesn't comply to the MSA blue book (the main rule book)

not sure mate, if your looking at racing rather than just trackdays then its worth contacting the MSA for a copy as you'll need it for your ARDS test (race licenese), but for trackdays its not essential and you can get away with anything so long as its fairly snesible (i.e. road legal-ish and not too stupid)

I know you don't need to adhear to it but if you do your safe.
Do racey people get a new one every year?

Leon,

I think I have last years B.Book lying about if you want it?
If you came and collected it from mine you could have a look at how my (6 point) harness is fitted but it does involve drilling a hole through the transmission tunnel Im afraid....
