That's a good place to meet, easy to find aswell.

sounds good to me. i was going to get there for around that time any way. thought it would be a good place to meet as we all come from different directions. hope the others see this.

From the organisers:

We are asking the cars on display in the Club Stand area to arrive on site no later than 9.55am, the reason being we require access over the run way which will be in use after 10am so its pretty important that your do arrive before 10am. I presume most clubs will arrive in Convoy together so once you get to Turweston follow the signs for DC09 and report to the gate, if whom ever is organising the stand for your club can tell the people on the gate the name of your club one of the Club Reps will escort you to your pitch.

To answer a question I’ve been asked a few times, you can enter the Show & Shine (exc the Best Of the Best category) from the club stand area, all you need to do is pick up a Show & Shine form at the gate and return it to the DC09 Control Tent.

Entry is £10 Per Person, payable on the day at the gate; the weather reports are looking promising at the moment so it’s all shaping up well. Further information is on our website www.dc09.co.uk; please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information.
