Thinking of a possible alternative to the usual BBS etc and am thinking about some 15" steelies.

What other cars do you know of will have the correct 4x100 PCD but also near enough the right size centre bore? Also very important, the wheels would need to be 7" wide or wider, which is where I believe a lot of the issues will be as the french scrap will only have 6J wheels

Any ideas folks?

Are vauxhall 4x100 or 4x108?

Is it Ford that is 4x108?

Holden gemini (and therefore, i think the, old vaux chevette) have a 100x4 stud pattern and also a low offset. A lot of the 4x 100 stud pattern wheels have a big offset of 40ish ET. You want something closer to 25(or less).

If i remeber correctly the honda 4 stud steels are 4x 100. The offset is too big as standard , but spacers can be used

that's where banding will come in useful, adding width to the outer rim on a vw wheel will get the width up nicely and set the ET where you want it

BMW MINI
Been meaning to get hold of one to try out. No idea what the width or offset is tho...
Do know the centre-bore is a mm smaller than E30 so will need machining out.
