upon searching google for gear knobs there are many sites that sell them.
could anyone point me in the direction of a trustworth source with good prices please.

BMW dealer is the best place. Most other places that sell OEM gear knobs are usually more expensive.

Storm Motorworks do some v good kit.
Had one on my E36, made quite a pleasant difference to the gearchange being significantly heavier than the o/e item.

Why not try Chris W on here, provided your not bothered about used.
Bloke is a real asset to the zone and has knowledge matching that of Brianmoore when it comes to e30s.

His feedback.

For reliability he is an e30zone legend. Used him 3 or 4 times and will always check him for something I need. Will give an honest opinion to. Could have sold me something but told me it was best to buy brand new.
Send him a PM!!!

It is because the above emblem shown has gone NLA unfortunatly. My dealer even checked other locations and drew a blank.
