Vibration

[SAE30]

Had my driveshaft shortened and flange change and balance when changing to the ZF ///M3 Gearbox with the s50 swap.

Problem im having is that im feeling a vibration but only when the car is cold, as soon as it driven for a little bit the vibration goes away..



any ideas on what this could be??

Thats a strange one that, do you mean prop shaft or drifshaft? cant reay think of anthing that would go out of balance with temp on either of them though.

Could it be the gearbox itself which would be better once its warmed up and got oil splashed about, have you checked the oil level in the gear box?

i meant propshaft.... i was thinking the gearbox as well but topped up the oil before i installed it, maybe i should check the level again..... Thanks

BTW. When checking the oil in the ZF M3 box, is it the same as the getrag? loosen the side bolt and see if it drips?????
