Hi all
I have been offered a full leather recaro seat set (with rear head rests) and door cards for my 318i. They are in black.
A couple of things. Is Ԛ£350.00 a good price? They are in amazingly good nick, no rips, no tears and not adversely cracked. I suspect they may be re-trimmed but am not sure yet. The only thing is, the back of the driver's seat, where the plastic backing is, is a little scratched etc. It looks like it could do with a respray.
Questions: Where can I get replacement seat backs from? and if I choose to spray them, what spray should I use so that they don't scratch so easily and flake.
Cheers.

Try the dealer as Scott says, or find one in a breaker. I don't think the plastic (?) rear cover is different for leather or cloth seats?
Are they sport or comfort leather? Sounds like a good price for good comfort leather, even better if they are sports!

Thanks for that. Will go and view the set in daylight tomorrow as I viewed them under neon lights in a garage late on Sat. eve.
I will try Sytner tomorrow out of interest. If they are prohibitively expensive, then I may have to take the DIY route.
What do you think they'd look like with some carbon film applied to them? My car is Sterling Silver with the anthractie trim. It has grey carpets. I think it may work out as long as I cut the sheets right and get them stuck on properly.

Hi davetouring
The seats look just like the ones in this pic minus the MTECH logos on the seat. What does that make them?
