hoping someone can point me in the right direction with this one.
i've had my sport under cover for the winter, removed covers and found milldew etc in cabin. sorted the rusted sunroof drain, so ive hopefully got rid of the damp. Ignition barrel had a build up of damp rusty deposits, but turned over ok. Removed battery, then steering column cowl etc & sprayed dewatering solution around immobiliser & direction & wiper controls. reassembled, reconnected battery. Immobiliser dissables ok with key fob, but battery light (red) does not appear on inst cluster. when turning to posn 2 on ignition engine does not turn over. Any ideas greatfully appreciated.
electrical gremlins, car wont turn over

Do the other dash warning lights come on, or just not the battery light?
