Yes mate there is a few reasons this happens..
1. Boot seal isnt sealing
2. Drain holes in sunroof are clogged

I did a search on here about the same problem. Basically everyone will tell you it is the boot swal or the drain holes in the sunroof.

If you have cracked boot seal the water can get in there... Solution is to change it..
To check your sun roof drain holes you need to get in the boot and pull out the side trims... Down low on the quarter panel you will see a vent. That vent has a hose going to it, pull of the hose and sticl a cable up it.. )I used a throttle cable) If its clogged the cable will force its way through the blockage and clear it up. Re-attach the hose and you should be done..

Now I did both of these and it turned out it was neither...

I found it was the vent in the quarter panel itself.. The blockage was in the vent and not in the sunroof drainage hose... Now stick your throttle cable down the vent to clear the bockage from that...

When you do this you must get a friend and you have to get in the boot with a flash light. Get your friend to first hose the boot area... Check for leaks around the seal... Not leaking there well then its not your seal.. Move the hose to the roof and check for leaks in the quarter area...

Now if its leaking there chances are its also leaking on the other side under the battery in the boot... Check there also..

Hope this helps
