Im busy fitting my gearbox for my swap, s50b30 euro , i fitted the gearbox (m3 - zf) and im having problems with the propshaft, its seems to be too long even when pushed together fully.....please help...im using the e36 328 propshaft

Having not done this but from understanding...

You need to fit the e30 centre bearing backwards on the e36 328i front half and join this to an e30 rear half. let me know how you get on.

That is an E30 centre bearing bob, it doesnt look right to me though. The whole 328i prop is used btw

If it's too long - get it shortened. Doesn't cost much (aroun 50€ here).

Make sure that the back end is completely pushed to the differential and that engine sits as it should.

I measured and its about a whole 5cm too long

is the compleate prop from a manual e36 328i? this is what i have fitted and i have about 1 inch of travel in the center.
