This auction is for a Viper2 Motorsport chip for the BMW E30.
We have chips for the complete range, each giving different power gains.
1.6i - This chip improves low down power enabling the car to pull faster with a much sharper feel, the car will feel stronger from 1200rpm too 5700rpm giving a more responsive feel to the car with gains of around 9hp - 11hp.
1.8i - This chip gives 12hp and 15lbft of torque, it removes the flat spots at 1700rpm and 4100rpm whilst at the same time improving fuel consumption and making the car idle and accelerate much more smoother than the standard chip.
2.0L - This car is dramatically improved as it is restricted massively in standard form, the car will typically see 18hp and 22lbft of torque but the lumpyness of the M20 engine is totally removes with a sweet idle and crisp power responce from the instant you press the gas peddle, flat spots at 1500rpm and 4000rpm are also removed.
2.5L - This is one of the most popular chips we sell and on many occasions we have seen GENUINE increases in power of 16hp and 17lbft of torque, as with the 2.0l the flat spots are removed and the idle is very stable.
shall i splash out?.....

But you don't have any of those engines?
Or do you have another E30?

You're better buying chips through the zone - help support it in the process.

I "supposedly" had a viper 2 chip off of SwirlyE30 for my M40 318i and it was sh*t, his brother told me i had to wait 300 miles before i would see an improvement and the sticker on the back was written in biro
. My own fault really but there you go. The idle was crap so i went and got it set up at a place called "Turbo Technics" so i knew it was done right but hardly any difference
