Hi all id like to pick your brains lol

My 89 325 touring just dies when i give it big beens, seams like it loses electrics rev counter goes to 0 as well then it just comes back to life again, iv just fitted new mounts had it running and pulled all the wiring about but that didnt do anything, any idears would help, im going to order a new earth strap just to see, but if it still does it i wouldnt know where to look next :cry:

Check the coil lead, I had a 325i that used to do that, the engine movement was pulling on the lead and cutting the engine, took me ages to find it...worth a look. :wink:

will do mate its the only wires i didnt pull about
