Haha case of beer? If you can find someone with the proper machine to scan that thing it will be more expensive than that for shure.
Maybe if you can provide proper drawing and material then someone can to it for 2-3 cases of beer ;)

I'm a cnc programer/setter/operator, I'm also into mountain bikes. but my company is too busy to let me do any homework.
If you can, re-design where possible with straight edges, and allow two parrallel edges that can be held in a vice, this will make it cheaper to make as no jigs will be required.
You're looking at £40 an hour for a machine and operator capable of that sort of profiling, plus time to make jigs, sod all material costs. I reckon it would take me 4-5 hrs all in and that is probably optimistic.

Any reason you can't buy one???

Ooooo, thats far more hassle than I was expecting ! ! ! . . .

Its for a Boxxer mount Hope caliper to fit on I.S. mount forks. Hope do all sorts of adapters but nothing for the Boxxer type caliper . . . May just be easier to ebay it and get an I.S. one . . .

Thanks anyway
