Any known cure for a saggy headlining in a hardtop?

Replace it with a new one. Once they start that's it.

You can remove it from the rear and use steel modeling rods to give a spring effect and sew small hoops in the linning to fit the rod's through.
M30 Tech 1 Touring on gas.
