Well, after years of the "homebrew" motorsport grill conversion, i finally decided to go back 2 basics and put the chrome number 8 back on, i prefer it..!!

Other bits i've done recently include...

Front Strut Brace
H&R anti Roll Bars
Rear Sub-Frame Bushes
New Petrol Tank
Brand New Indicator Stalk (feels Amazing compared to my old one..!!)
A quick Clean..!! Been a while :(

Heres a few pics....

Much better. Chrome grills are better then black ones, especially as the kidney grills are such an important feature of a BMW.

I think the black grille gives the car a mean "look"
I went for the black grille, because i got tired of the chrome, BUT i kept my original chrome one if i ever wanted a change.

Tbh mate, i much prefer the look of chrome to plastic.
Seems like chrome is undergoing something of a renaissance
on modern cars too. Audis in particular.
Agree on Rushy,s car, very very nice.

I've been toying with the idea of a black centre grill but this has now changed my mind.
If mine looks anywhere near as good as this when it's eventually finihed, I'll be well happy !!
Very nice looking motor.
