all i seem to be doing is askin q's eek!!!!

anyway lol, im searchin ebay to find me a rad, (mines leaking)
all the ones listed as e30 320i have a reservoir attached to the rad itself while my car has a seperate expansion tank on the right (near fuse box as ure stood infront of car)
will these fit or are they wrong? ta :) again :)

yeah you need the rad for the early models 83-87

soz dude i read it wrong, tired lol

4cyl`s had the rads with expansion tank built into the side afaik

where as the 6cyls had the tank mounted on the pass. inner wing as you mention.

the early models had the tank on the drivers side nr the coil

no probs,

the gearbox in your sig, woul dit make any diff on performance to my 320?(if it fits)

mines crunching in 2nd when cold :cry:

There's no need to limit yourself to a 320i rad either, 320i/325i as long as their from a facelift car are identical, manual/auto cars have different rads though, so be careful there.

Shouldnt make that much difference. The only difference between Auto/Manual rads is the trans cooler on the side of the rad for the autobox.

I have one in my manual Sport and have just blanked off the inlets for the trans cooler.
Ok, I dont have the M20 anymore, but the rad fits the same.

i`m not sure mate, but its a very tidy gearbox
