Repairing leather sports seats - retrimmers in London?

hi there

Can anyone advise me please what they think the best course of action is to repair this seat below.

The piping has broken for a couple of inches on the drivers upper bolster and the stitching has come undone:



The leather is a little worn but I'm sure can be recoloured and treated, but I'd like to get the bolster repaired to look as new.

Is it best to give to a re-trimmer or buy another seat with a good bolster and swap round?

Many thanks and if anyone could advise of a good re-trimmer in the London area I'd appreciate it.

my mum is the girl for the job mate! lol

shes just finished my set for me! she use to own a business doing that kinda stuff,
wouldnt be happy tho if she saw me offering her time up like this lol

Thanks for the advice. I spoke to Gary at Cass Bro and it all seemed to be no bother to him and could turn it round in a day if booked in advance.

Yep. He said he was redoing an entire e30 interior currently.

If you havent already sorted this I can pm you the number of a friend who has lots of bolsters and seat parts spare, and he will repair it for you also.
