E46 cab question

Hey guys.

I just got a quick question about the E46 cab - I used to own an E30 325 Motorsport cab about 3 years ago now [wonder if the pics I posted up are still on here?] and I'm thinking about maybe getting an E46 330 cab? I'm just wondering if you guys know of any clubs or forums for the E46 of the standard of the E30zone? Or maybe some dealers that you know sell proper mint cars?

My current car is a rare as hell JDM Integra Type-R and although I love it [the sound it makes at 9k revs is mental] I think I need something a tad smoother and a car I can enjoy at low speeds as well as when I'm going for a blast! My other choice would be a mk4 R32 Golf, but I did enjoy owning a cab and I hope the 231bhp of the 330 would compare to my teg?

Any help would be great guys

yes mate, im also on E46zone.. good bunch, but my home is here..

i find my E46 cabby more boring than my E30 cabby, and a little bit slower ! nice cars though

What lumps have you got in your cabs dude? The performance might be the only thing stopping me getting one - EVO mag says 0-60 in 6.9. My teg aint the fastest car in the world or nothing, but when you hit 6k revs in 2nd or 3rd, it's sweeeeeet! Though I would would be willing to give up some of that excitment for a feeling of effortless performance, though not if a 330 cab leaves me wanting more?!?! Of course if I do decide to sell the teg, I know a test drive will answer this question. I've never driven an R32 golf either, but I imagine the greater torque will make it feel faster than my Type-R?

my E46 is only a 2.5, but i hear the 330 is awsome performance wise.. but my weapon is my 335 E30 cabby... not even a E46 m3 will touch it........... once its been turbo'd

I know what you mean Ian, it is an awesome car - there aint much better for a Sunday morning blast! But I think I'm gonna need something a little less hardcore [christ, I must be getting old], though I aint fully decided yet

what you after for the teg buddy? ive got a delsol with the b18c5 tegr engine in i love it but have been itching for a teg

I aint sure yet buddy; though it will be top money, cos of the rare colour, the fact it's only covered 36k miles and the list of mods straight out the top draw - if I do decide to sell, it wont be for quite a while though, just doing some research on the E46 cab at the moment. I could let you know in the future though dude, if you're looking for one of the best tegs around
