saw an E9

While going to work i saw a browny green E9 CSL (I believe as it had a front spoiler) at about 5'ish on New Road in High Wycombe.

it was just amazing smaller (and shorter) than E30s, however looked like a direct predecessor to the E30.

Just marvalous is all im saying.

I saw one of these the other day but a 3.0csi in black with a black vinyl roof in Milton Keynes!

They are just stunning cars!

I thought they were bigger then e30's.

Anyway its one of my dream cars.

Thats what i would have said, but it really looked small around the other cars, I was driving an astra mk4 (a small car itself) and i could see the roof of the csl (don't really know if it was a csl as it was coming in my direction).

It definitely was a large car in its days, but not any more. I mean look at the E30 (medium sized car in its day) is similar size to the modern 135i (BMWs smallest car).

It was touching the ground, had m stripes on the side, front csl spoiler (without the chrome bumper) but no rear spoiler.

Second time in my life i've seen a CSL, they really excite me

Just to think it was becoming a classic before i was even born really says something.
