Hi there guys, I have been lurking for a while but now my project is about to kick-off having absorbed all I need to know it is time to get involved. I know that this should really be in the wanted section but it really makes sense to post it here as you are the most likely folks to be able to help. I have just bought a grey/black sport interior to replace the beige 'SE' interior currently in my E30. I am looking for a nice clean black or grey carpet from a 2 door car to replace my beige one so if any of you who have been seeking weight reduction and have a complete black or grey carpet which you have removed, I'd be really keen to relieve you of it and pay a fair price too.

The ironic thing is I bought my E30 to strip it and turn it into a competent track car but am enjoying driving it around so much that I have decided now to sort the chassis out and tidy her up where required whilst retaining the comfort inside. This way I can enjoy it at the weekends on local B-roads and take her on track too...

Hey mate, black carpet isnt too easy to get hold of. Just dye your carpet black like I did!

Ah ok I didn't realise. Unfortunately my carpet has seen better days and is the worst part of my interior. If anyone has a grey one lying around then I would be keen to hear from you...

just through the whole interior in a skip thinking it was worthless and then came on here and saw people selling it. Oh Bother, or similar!

Where abouts are you James? I'm stripping my E30 at the mo and have an immaculate greay carpet. Not 100% sure that I should ditch it just yet but hey-ho! :mad:

Many thanks for getting back to me guys. I am based in Sevenoaks (Kent) so if you're not too far from me and have a mint carpet I'd be glad to hear from you. I'm happy to pay a fair price for the carpet but would rather not pay a similar amount again to get it sent to me.
