I think i remember something about having to use some from another engine as there were none for S50's?
Anyone shed any light?

Although Jai never reported back to say they fitted, it appears that everyone is using the ones discussed here:

Ooops.. Sorry 'bout that. Been a busy, sh!tty year.
Yea. I got mine from Arrow performance and they fitted perfectly. I also rang Arrow for technical advice and they have an excellent engineer on staff that discussed the torque settings with me at large. He was extremely knowledgable about ARP products and specs.
Reccomended.

Cool. So i take it there is an exact procedure for tightening? Torque and angles or just torque?

Just torque, but you have to use the high pressure moly slip they provide, and torque, undo, re-torque multiple times to help reduce the stress at the threads. There are actually three methods, the best being to measure the extension of the bolt (but if I recall correctly you can't get at the back face of the bolt on S50 rods so can't).

I can also recommend co-ord motorsport - I got my m50 (for m42) ones from there.
E46 M3 CSL but dreaming of another E30.
