As most who attend "the burger van meets" in Portsmouth will know, I've got a reasonably tidy E34 (M50) 525i with Alpina kit, genuine wheels, dropped suspension & it's had a fair few bits replaced, it's also got about 10 months MOT left on it.
My problem is I'm doing an E30 Cab with the intention of putting an M50 2.5i into it, so I'm now considering, do I use my engine & break / sell the rest or sell the car whole car "as is" & buy another "donor" ??
What do you think ??

Take the engine out of the e34 drop that in your cab and then source a bigger engine for the e34
Looking at the sig, the car is tasty and would deserve a v8 methinks

If you know the engine in your 5 is good. Then it would make sense to use it I suppose.
I'm sure I've seen your car at Westerham?

sell and buy a donor, finding a e34 without rust ect is becoming hard now, not many have been kept mint, either that or theyve fallen into the wrong hands, your looks very clean and in sure you wont have trouble shifting it, + with breaking youve got the agro with unpopular parts like the dash amoung other bit to sell
