I'd like to nominate Beardymat's Sport....

It really is as minty as a lorry full of extra strong mints crashing into a toothpaste factory.

I would, I really would.

But, it would involve scanning in grainy Kodak lux-matte finish round-cornered photos taken on some god awful 110 film cartridge type camera - with sellotape marks...and at the end all you get is a white chromey on steels with a blue interior and wind up windows, albeit on low miles :) Plus the people in the pics would look like cheap extras from Miami Vice and that might well include me, so no go.

Guys, I'm really touched, I really am. I've not looked at COTM since the Zone changed so missed all this. Comments like many have given my car on this thread (and in the past) makes all the tears and grief getting it to where it is worthwhile.

Yes, Jon is right, I am molesting it (reel me in? you w4nker!!!) using a genuine Sytner C2 2.7 bottom end. BUT, there'll will be no silly induction kits, no 6 branch, no manual coversion. I promise the cars fans that it will look NO different than when you last saw it (the cam cover and inlet will be slightly darker). When you open the bonnet there will be NOTHING to say it's not standard (except the C2 stampings in the block  ).

Heres a few more shots of the car. AND thanks again for nominating it. I'm well chuffed.

Thanks for the nominations guys - I feel a bit of a disadvantage, having already being COTM last June time. Still for those that like chrome - some more pics...

No a Mota lita one from the early nineties. I prefer it for the central horn push. It is much nicer than the original "sports" steering wheel as shown in the TBMW article in Sept 02.
