Just wondering how many people would be interested in a group buy for these so far i have had a deposit off 1 zoner for one that is due to be produced this week
we can do them pretty much to your own spec

bear in mind this is just a mock up the finished item will be in thicker steel with holes drilled to make it lighter

This is what happens when a thin sheet metal sump gaurd is made it crumples causing the kind of damage in the photo's.
The first photo has the pas rack sitting on the thin sump gaurd

I wont be doing it the local metal working place near me will do it for me and my dads good amtes with the man who works there so even cheaper

peddle cars don't need sump gaurds
seriously though if you can get them made cheaper add a group buy on here mate its done to benefit zoners

How much it would cost to copy someone else's work.
I'm intrested in buying one but would like to see a picture of one fitted on a car to see if one would fit with my conversion.thanks

if needed we can get one made to your specification the one we are doing at the minute covers a large part of the steering rack as well

Thats not too bad a price damn side cheaper than getting a replacement sump and rack and the time fitting them aswell

Could be interested in one of these in the future, very useful for piece of mind when bombing down unsurfaced roads, how much abuse would one of these take, 60mph onto a tree root is quite a impact.
Any plans for tank guards too?
