Well as I wasnt very pleased with how my other car pictures came out (too late in day) I decided to take some more as the sun finally came out today.

I gave the sport a wash and polish, and my brother joined me in his immaculate (but dirty!) GT6.

A mix of 70's and 80's

Did you get the kit sprayed at the same time as the car? The pods/bumpers look a different shade.. :?

Both cars look stunning though, those old GT6's are uber cool

Cheers for the replies lads :D

Dan - Yeah I didn't get the kit sprayed at the same time (except for the front valance) as I didn't have the money and it looked fine (thought somebody might notice!). It will get done one day, but the pictures have made the colour difference very obvious, its nearly undetectable in person - very odd.

csl - A tidy GT6 is rare indeed. That car had about 12k spent on restoring the body and mechanics. Its immaculate, and what does my brother do? Cover it in mud of course! (it's actually looked after very well  )

Andy - why can I never get my girlfriends to pose in my car like your avator? Very nice! Maybe next time if if take more pics.

citizensnips - your GT6 looks great. My brothers is a Mk3 also. Im glad to hear yours was reliable, this one seems to be fairly reliable (owned for just under a year and broke down once but a simple fix).

Thanks

Paul

Very nice! Love the GT6. I have a spitfire which is tuned up :D Your brother might like http://www.sideways-technologies.co.uk/ (it's down at the moment) it's a forum for spitfire/gt6 without the old boys club type owners.
