baw-er ;) And as direct neighbour from Germany, I'm sure this is the only right way to pronounce it.

My mate had a 318 cabby. I've always wanted a E30, being a cabby version was a bonus

Ok so do you say, "two double O two" or "two thousand and two"?
First one I think!
Do you say "three two five i" or "three twenty five i"?
First one again I think!
I ask that because you say "three twenty i"!

My mates got a Baur and although i do prefer the full cab(like mine), his does
drive very well indeed, and i do think they rattle and shake half as much as a
full cab...
They are lighter also arnt they, so possibly one of the best performers ???
Matts is 325 facelight leather, headlamp washers, OBC etc etc, all full spec and we
were wondering who would have bought that will all extras and then pay for Baur conversion, when they could have just nipped down to a BMW dealer and bought a brand new cabby ?? I would imagine the Baur cost more in the long run ???

And what's the German pronunciation of 'BMW'?
Isn't 'w' pronouced 'v' in german?

Not that I disagree...
