Help with new head unit

Can anyone help me with wiring ma new head unit, if you've not guessed am not very experienced with this, sorry !
The wires on ma new stereo don't match the ones on the car, any help would be great

Halfords do ISO plugs so a plug from the car loom will got into the plug of the stereo.

Or chop all the wires and choc block/crimp/solder them together

Get your self to your local car store ( halfords ) and tell/show them what you got and they will offer you a wiring kit to plug the two together under £15. Or if your feeling adventurous you can cut and refit wires but not adviseable really.

if you can find the connector for the e30 as its rarly stocked item, have a look on ebay or post up post in the wanted section.

Thanx for all your help, been looking on ebay but no luck, going to halfords this w/e so will try there, cheers
