You won't be able to get 12" subs under the roof compartment. I've tried
. You probably can just about get 10" in there.

I took some measurements and posted it up on here, give me a sec while i find them.
I've got one 12" 1000wrms DB Audio Sub and Vibe Amp. Got it fitted in the middle so still got some boot space.

its easy to get a 12inch speaker under the roof enclosure if you think outside the box!! dont build a square box with the speaker facing to the rear/front.
Bass is omnidirectional so it does not matter which way the speaker faces.
there is little point in us giving you measurements of the boot as if you have a cab why not take a ruler and measure it, then build you box to fit. i needed 3 cubic feet for my sub as i wanted a ported system rather then a sealed box. the port is 13inches long and 4 inches wide, it fires to the side of the pic you cannot see.
so first decide what sort of box you want, sealed / ported / etc this will dictate how big you box must be (you should consult your speaker manufacturer data, they will tell you what size box you need (or actually how much volume is required). then you can set about designing you box.
I can get my wakeboard in the boot, or the standard boot space bench mark, a set of golf clubs fit in easy!!
remember the following:
1. you need to make the box removable as access to the spare wheel could be useful, mine is wedged in tight, but removable with force
2. the interior volume of the box does not include the speaker itself.
3. if you build an angled box like mine you must ensure the front angle is enough so when you mount the speaker the magnet does not hit the bottom of the box (i speak from experience as my first box did not work!!)

tbh, its just down to bein lazy
i was just wondering if someone had the dimensions handy, that would save me pulling my subs and amps out. i have an idea of what the box will look like outside of the boot. and i think its gonna be a tough one. but it will be done. ill just have to drag my lazy ass downstairs, pull it all apart and get the measurements. than start build. but i WILL have both my lovely 12's in and still have enough room for the shopping lol

Never mind 12's, you can get 2 15's in there if you really wanted to (my brother's cabby had 2 15's in it!).
It'll vibrate the crap out of your boot, but they will fit!

If you want bass, then boot space shouldn't be an issue....hell for me back seats weren't even an issue

I have dimensions for a 2 x 12" isobaric box,it comes down to 5htz and will hit every bass frequncy
.
Will find it and give you the dimensions.
But,But it will not fit into the boot of a cab unless some clever sod
works out the dimensions so none of the sound is lost, oh and it has 3 different sized ports

isobaric is loading two subs face to face (push pull) efficiency is decressed which will need a lager amp to drive the subs and having the box ported at 3 diffrent Fq is rather silly. there is no need for a sub to play below 15hz. an 6th Order Bandpass box will work fine but will take a lot of time and effort to design and build.

point taken, but why knock a isobaric box.I've heard it in action, and it was a nice box, so I robbed all the sizes

I'd start getting your goods together now mate, as some of the stuff takes time to get hold of, like the engine mounts powder coating engine bits etc....
