I bought a length of chrome tube off ebay and butchered it with a Angle grinder
.
Not really factory, but I prefered it to the rolled tips.

I have the same trims as "B7" (for the 320i), only 40 euro for the pair from the BMW dealer.
Definitely the best looking ones I think.

Take a look on Pelican Parts website. I got a pair of OEM tail pipes for US$50 (plus a very reasonable postage rate and fast delivery) and they look great
- I love the retro look of the angled tailpipes but I know they aren't to everyone's taste on this site

No, because I have the angled rear tailpipes they only go to the bend on the pipes. I will post a photo later. It's a matter of taste imo

I think OEM's are far too short also. Look at the B7's photos, they cover half of pipes, and that looks nasty, especially on plastic bumper car

Unless you get a pair custom made then you won't ever get a set to go right up to the back box. Both OEM tips are the same length. If you have angled tailpipes and want ones that go right to the silencer then they are going to need to be different lengths as the right hand tailpipe is significantly longer than the left one. And chances are they'll be a dfamn site more expensive that 25 quid each for OEM's
