One of my favourite cars of all time. I'm not overly keen on the wheels. I'm a BBS man, but a great looking car. Lucky man

Was for sale a while ago yep. Shes awesome to drive. Standard Transmisson for an e28 M5 - not sure if its bespoke to the M88 but im guessing it is!
Yep it did have AP Brakes up front but is now running 540 Brakes all round so i can fit different wheels.
At £170 for new pads each time the 540 brakes are equally good and a lot cheaper!
Just bought these Style5s to go on her. 8j front/9j rears

I think the closest I'll ever get to owning an e28 m5 is a £49.99 model from autoart...

Gonna get the lips polished up first. Not sure what colour to have the spokes though?
Torn between Nogaro/satin black or Gold!

Nice car, I am re-mapping one of these in March and removing the AFM. If the results we get from the E30 M3 with the same conversion is anything to go by, it will be pretty awesome!
E30 M3 Unichip Alpha N style conversions, this is the ultimate for extracting the best out of your S14 M power car.
Also, Live mapping of your Standard Motronic ECU for optimising all your modifications.

Gold...hmmm not sure. A bit too 'American' comes to mind.
I'd stick with the grey or standard silver. More classy. You can't go wrong.

I am doing the same conversion on the E28 M5 as with this Evo2 but the M5 will have a carbon fibre air box fitted.

I've been in one on track and I still can't get over the revvyness of it considering it is a big old engine! Hard and linear all the way up to 7k!

I remember when they were new, I was with my dad collecting his 635CSi from Lovetts while in for servicing. The head technician was chatting about the M5 and said he had just been over 160 in the press car on the M4. Infact, I am certain he said 175!

A few weeks later, my dad traded his 635 for a new M635CSi in Black. That was a chrome bumper one and was FECKIN LUSH!

I wish I could recall a fond memory like that. The only memory I have of my Father was going with him to trade in his Vauxhall Cavalier at JCT 600
