I need to get both front wings primed and sprayed.

How much is this gonna cost me to get done at a body shop?

The other option is to do it myself by buying the paint from a body shop (cost??) and then spraying it at home (air compressor and spray gun). Ive never sprayed before and am wondering how difficult it would be to get a good finish?

the thing about paintwork is you get what you pay for

a good painter using good materials will cost more but you will get a finished product youre happy with

do it yourself using the cheapest materials and you will end up with a cheap finish

i have worked in the body repair trade for 14 years and would only let 4 painters that i have met loose with my pride and joy!!

its an experiance thing
No longer self employed but still available for welding duties.

Do you already have access to a compressor/gun? If not I would get a shop to do it.
However. saying that, a mate wanted his front spoiler sprayed, and his local shop quoted him 200 notes
needless to say he didn't get it done there.

I may have to do it myself if its gonna be that much!

I do have a compressor and can get a spray gun so i may have a go, the other option is to drive round with two black front wings!! The cars red!

Also what can i do with my wing mirrors, there ment to be body color but are now pink instead, is there any polish i can get to make em red again?
The other option is just to spray them red, can this be done and do i need special paint?

Normal spray paint is good for the wing mirrors.
