I only noticed this today, but is it normal to hear a hissing sound around the brake servo? Sorry if I seem to be asking stupid questions, but I had a 316i for 9 years and am just new to 318iS ownership.

Thanks,
Kevin.

Thanks for the feedback. The car has a lean misfire problem, so I'm looking for anything out of the ordinary that could be contributing to the problem.

Shouldn't hiss all the time. Might well be your air leak.
