This whole scenerio just sucks - I got dudded over some sports seats from a guy in LA last year and tried everything to get my money back (including a nasty legal letter from a lawyer friend in LA). All to no avail. In the end I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and wrote it off as experience.

he did a very similar thing to me but he sent his own courier im sure thew address was somewhere up north i will dig out the paper work and see if it is the same
