It's just a standard headlight, nothing special about it.

Oh those lights, I thought you meant the smoked lamp.

It's a xenon conversion, same as mine. You need to chop up some Audi or Merc lights and chop up your existing lights, glue various parts together, and wire in the ballasts and ignitors from a xenon equipped car and hey presto... xenons.
