Is the car body any good as it looks in a bad way from the pics. the bbs mahles should fetch around £150 if they have decent tyres and not in bad nick i sold a set a while back.

what suspension are you going for?

Bodies really good, only the paint work is sh1t.
Suspension is Bilstien springs and shocks, waiting for an answer on that yet though, got the engine mounts already, m30 engine and box, wiring loom, ecu,recaros,
waiting on the alpina wheels, diff, alpina livery from my mate, front spolier, steering wheel and other bits.

i would leave the e21 dash in there they dont look that bad at all you have already got an e30

Well I might be in luck with the cloth.
Guy i know has loads of new bits for e21's and e30's and hw tols me he might have some somewhere, so with any luck he'll find it, would be a bonus, or i'll have some made up from my dad's mate

Hi

it looks like a good plan, want a tripple weber manifold for the m30.

Having got through nearly 15 e21's I would be worried about the rust that looks like it is on the A piller by the door hinge, pull the carparts up and check both the floor corners (replacements floors are NLA) also the rear seat and check the inner wheel arches. I hope its better than it looks.

Also you do no the work involved in fiting an e12 diff.

Yep was a bbs front spoiler but that was sold on my parts e21. the wheels where standard 13" alpina style alloys which were mint with almost new tyres all round sold them for good money

I love E21's but the ones I have come across which look that unloved from the outside tend to be hiding a whole lot more rust once you start delving into them.

The boots are particularly prone to tin worm. What's the inside of yours like?

Judging by the condition of the rear panel u might be in luck. Doesn't look too bad, a good clean would work wonders.

i know what tin worm can look like on these things, id have a good poke round the shell before going on about m30 lumps.

Jesus you're def a man of mystery, how you found out that my missus has maxed out all her cards and is hiding from is unbelievable, but yes mate, going for the same colour as the pic, already bought the wheels today, pic them up next week brand new
