What will i need to do to use this plenum? From the pics i gather that the MAF is made redundant so what will i need to do?
Can i use Uni-Q or Maxx alpha N or is the something that will only work with complete stand alone management?

On which engine are you going to use this? Even if you leave your MAF in place you will need to have a remap IMO.

If its the same sort of set up as the csl, you will do away with the maf and be using alpha-n, contact thorney motorsport they will know more on this sort of set up.

I would stay well clear of this "product". Have you noticed the pocket at cyl no6 to clear the brake booster?? No thanks....bss325i wrote:Here is another E30 S50 specific one but at a more paletable price!DanThe wrote:Nice price

It does get a bit narrow down at No 6!
No need for that much of a step IMO, smaller servo moved over should clear, would be more difficult with a LHD pedal box though

The cheaper one like it will cause all manor of problems, I'd also stay away, smooth flow is the aim, I've been swatting up while building my own inlet mani, there's much more to the design than you could ever imagine, so many things to take into consideration.
So far:

Now onto sorting velocity stacks for inside the mani, need to be made as not found a cheap source so far.
