That is a huge amount of car for the money. Gut feeling tells me it would spend most of its life at BMW costing the owner a huge amount of money. I had a customer with one of these, and within 2 years it went back 4 times for various different things. Aircon being the easist fix. 
The above one is out of warrenty and I doubt you can extend now it has lapsed.
Hero chariot though. I'd run one as a company car with someone else paying the bills without doubt.
