tech 1 skirt - related to :restoring my a reg e30

i have a tech 1 skirt i have taken off the originally chrome bumper should this fit on then the original chrome bumper over the top i have had a right mear today getting it to fit? cheers

It will fit onto your old chrome bumper - you need to remove the plastic strip from the chrome bumper and then the tech 1 skirt is sandwiched between the metal bumper and the plastic rubbing strip.

The edge rubbing strips are slightly different for the m-tech bumper. The ones for the standard chrome bumper can be forced on, or you can cut them at the bottom so they neatly fit.
