Its me again.. this carbonheadfred told me that he got the moneys.. then he ask that do i still want the products or moneys back.. I told him that i want my moneys back. first i wait the moneys becouse he said that takes few week to get those whit his saving account and i said its ok.. But those conversations has almoust one month and now he doesnt aswer me anymore:D i only hope that i get this sorted but he doesnt want to do that. Now i need some information what is his user account right now and get this guy to pay my moneys back.. thanks

I have not been involved in this dispute at all but there is a method of recovering debts through the small claims court.

No they send the bailiffs round.

there are various ways of getting paid after getting a judgment and not actually being paid

1- Bailiffs with a warrant of execution
2- Attachment of earnings order
3- Instalment arrangements

Most likely to get results with some proper heavies though

Pay for a "debt collector" to go round and make him pay by way of knee caps and fractured skull, to recoup your money.

im fron finland and about 200 euros to flight in uk but somethimes ryanair makes cheap flights.. i would pay 1/3 to him who get that guy to pay my moneys back.. but if i start to fight in court i will come very expencive to me and him but i have all information whit his bank and his mails to win this case

Sorry for delay getting back I have not been able to get these emails. The problem was that the money went into my savings account that is attached to my normal account so did not show up as any funds being paid in. This was the fault of MY bank and I can only but apologise for this. It takes 30 days for me to transfer money from my savings account to my normal account so if you want a full refund it will be with you in 3 weeks if not I will send the kit to you this week? Let me know what you want me to do? Also I understand that you had to pay your bank a fee to get info, if you can forward this info to me I will see If I can get this fee back from my bank as they have admitted they made a mistake?

debt collectrs put there own fees on top given you 100% of your money while making there own and if its not recovarble with in a set time limit, not sure what this is
they then etheir pass the debt on or pass it back to you
