As a newcomer to the e30, I once again have to ask a question that seems logical to me but is probably irrelevant to you guys.
Does the standard 2.5 straight 6 have anything in the way of a baffled sump/windage tray, and if not is there an off the shelf product available. After the 'ring I need to drive the car home and it'd be a really good idea if I didn't lunch the engine due to oil surge.

Hi mate, thanks for the reply and this is something I'm very serious about so expect a call, lol. I'm building a car on an extremely tight budget, so the basic baffle setup will be more than enough as I don't think I'll need one with "ears" like the old RS2000 items.
BTW, the URL in your sig doesn't work for me.

I've got some photos that I'll post in a bit.

Go for the extra wing. If your on a tight budget then you won't want to fork out on an engine rebuild.

Give Nigel a text if you can't get on the site
