Thanks Dave.
The Dyno is up in Shrewsbury so it's about 2.5-3 hours from our our area.

This is seriously epic. Nice supercharger whine!
I would do this in a heartbeat if legislations allowed it here in Belgium. Any idea of the total cost involved?
Congrats !!

Thanks dude.
Hmm. cost. I've been trying to avoid adding it up but I'll take a stab
Supercharger: 50
Brackets for charger and tensioner: 330
Megasquirt, wideband, old ECUs, assembly materials, IAT sensor, MS Stim: 650ish
Intercooler: 40
Sillicon hose, joiners, clips and bends: 250odd (I know!!!!!)
Engine rebuild: 600-700
So what's that - 1700-1800 odd. Not bad, and the rebuild was a bit unnecessary in reality - but I learned a lot

Matt - photos of the intake. Well, that doesn't exist yet. There is a universal CV boot that converts the oval s/c intake to a 60mm steel pipe and from there I have previously fitted a 90deg 60mm pipe to connect to a K&N cone down by the gear box. That arrangement will be back on in the next few days but long term I want something better.

Thats nice, its retained the nice linear power of the m42. That must feel quite lively with 170bhp to the rear wheels.

Yeah - the torque curve looks identical to the previos runs without that charger... just higher.

The FPR was just some random thing that I found at my dad's garage. I'll be coming off when the bigger injectors are on.

After running the car for a while I decided to do a compression test since it had not been done since the rebuild. no.2 was down a lot! spot on 210 for 1,3 and 4. 2 was 120
Got an autosolo on Sunday so this week I'll be parts hunting.
Tim - where can I get a set of arp head and conrod bolts and a reusable head gasket like the one you used?

hello mate, sorry i missed your call yesterday, was kipping
Am ill. Drop me an msn or call later and we can work it out, sounds like you've screwed up a ring.
My parts came from TEP in the states. If you can get a single bolt off of ARP UK, I have a spare set minus one bolt!

I reckon I didn't hone it properly. Got all the bits togeher do to the job this weekend so barring any block damage it will be sorted.
Also fitted the new injectors and found a potential boost leak so there could be some power gains too
