OK, it's unlikely I'd actually do it but just wondering, if anybody has the time to respond, how I'd go about lowering the capacity to make it under 1549cc and what kinda money would it cost me? :lol:

you make me laugh zayyan, you buy a BM and you try to save money! why not have a fiesta if ya gonna be lookin to save pennies like this lol!! would be good to see buy also you would lose power and thats not what ya want on a 316i

Thought I'd get responses like this.

I'm only losing around 3% of the capacity if I got it to 1549cc so hardly a noticeable difference.

I drive it because it's a great-looking car and a fun car to drive anyway, not because it's fast (it's a 316i remember)

Maybe I should forget the idea anyway :roll:

I bet ya weren't lol that made me laugh! I agree tho I would rather be in mine than a small hatch even if it is off the road more than it is on atm
