242k on my silver 325i pictured in my sig is my record, original lump made it to around 216k when a rocker snapped through my hard use. I'm sure it would of covered even more if it was used gently

Actual mileage isn't known, as it was 'clocked' early in its life. Assuming the haircut was around 40k, it is on around 285,000 or so now.GrindCulture wrote:Hasn't BrianMooooore got one with 300k+ on the clock? Hardly surprising if he has
It's the one in the red touring in my sig., uses no significant oil or any other fluid, produces all the ponies it ever did (according to the arse dyno), and generally runs like new.
It's currently 'resting' as the result of it's encounter with a flying porker, 17 months ago.

I have no idea how much my engines done, it had 124k on the clock, but by the looks of the old MOT's it had been for a while. The shell's done just over 120k, but even that's not spot on as the diff wire problem happened on that for a while before I got it and it wasn't til I fixed it that normal service resumed.

Are there any pics of Hubble's car, because most I found don't work.
I scrapped a 325i a couple of years ago due to rust which had 230 odd thousand on it,still ran nice.
My old E36 323i had 242k on the clock when I got it,it is now on 261k and runs like its done 61k,thats a 1998 S reg.
Had a couple of iS`s which were getting close to 200k too.
Oh and my last 316i whuich had 190k on it and still ran really well.Oldroyds on here then bought it off me and did a gumball type rally in it putting another hard couple of thousand on it

The front arm rest was ordered in the states and made in Italy oddly enough.
£130 delivered if I remember. I'm all for originality but wasn't keen on the factory version so went on the hunt and found this one. It's also adjustable complete with drinks holder.
