318i to 325i brake conversion help

whats needed to upgrade the brakes from a 318i to 325i spec, am i right thinking ill need:
front calipers
new discs and pads
brake servo
rear calipers
brake lines

do i need to put the whole rear axel from a 325i on the rear, or can i just swap the brakes

i think its easyer to just change the whole axle and 4 the front u will also need the caliper carrier and by the way i have all the stuff required if u need/want
