my 325 is now running nicely having renewed nearly every engine part apart from the block, my question is is it worth having the engine 'tuned up' on a RR, are there any gains to this, not expecting any power increases or anything just to see that she is running correctly
sorry forgot to mention engine is completely standard apart from scorpion backbox

You can't really tune it up, there are no knobs, screws or jets to twiddle
The mixture at idle can be altered for the emissions, but that doesn't alter the fueling anywhere else throughout the rev range.
Just make sure everything is working to its optimum, things like throttle cable, make sure full throttle at your foot is so at the throttle body, plug gaps, valve clearances. Little things like these can lose you the odd couple of bhp
Wouldn't hurt to do a power run though would it
