RIGHT IVE BOUGHT A HEAD OFF HIM ADVERTISED AS A 325 HEAD
with new cam kit etc it turns out after fitting and further investigation its a 320 head
yes i gave him points cos it was delivered on time because im on a deadline toget the car sorted.

Turns out though that after a few phone calls and texts he isnt willing to refund me mymoney Ԛ£225 or send me what was advertised a 325 head
either id be happy with
the closest i gotto getting a 325 head off him was to send him another pile of money i havntgot
not onlyhas this cost me 225 for the head but also cost me a headset which is now fucked and my time

to say im pissed off is an understatement

basicaly i cant do fuck all
except lose the moeny i have forked out aint gona get my money back for a 320 head that now sat here along with 2 fucked 325 heads i already have.

So please be aware DON NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS GUY

i am now going to scrape my touring as i can not afford to put anymore money into it

bugger the gasket, thats irrelevant to be honest guys. the fact that he advertised a head as being for a 325 when its not is wrong.

mark, in reality mate, you have 2 options to save yourself....

1)give richy his Ԛ£225 back and you can have the 320 head back. richys only loss then is on the headset. Your only loss then will be the postage fees to take the head back that you wrongly claimed was for a 325. I re-word that for you - It was YOUR mistake.

2)Send richy the 325 head that you told him that you have. Richy WILL send the 320 head back in exchange. Ive dropped stuff off at Richys a couple of times and left without asking for payment. Richy has chased ME to GIVE me the money for the items he has had - thats how honest this guy is!

The E30Zone is a tight-knit community and people who have shafted others on here dont last long at all. The last person who tried conning a Zoner got ousted and is in prison for fraud (it wasnt ONLY the e30zoners he was conning, it was all sorts of forums). The point im making is this - if you dont give richy his money back or exchange the 325/320 heads, you wont sell ANYTHING on here EVER again, because people just wont trust you. It really is that simple. The Zone is a good place to sell e30 parts and you could earn a lot of money off this place, IF you are honest and fair and decent.

Dont be a tw@t mate, see sence and face the fact that you sent him incorrect goods and lets resolve this in the proper manner.

my car is being broken as i cant afford to keep it off the road any longer so any money from parts and the returned money will go to a new car

the money is needed as i need some kind of transport for work

around thevalves are smaller than a 325 and the number onthehead is different to a 325 and this i belive i told you on the phone

now asking for a refund and collection of this head isnt to much to ask
and also its been checked by a family freind that hasdone my famileies cars for years and this is one of the few mechanics i trust or let near my car

Don't think u should leave over this, u have a good name on here and have dealt with alot of people on here. If it's a mistake then hairy muff u can only do as u have done. Sort it and weather them storm mate

just do as scott suggests and send richy back the money and he sends u the head back.

this would be the end of it - you keep your good name and richy at least gets the money from the head back.


personally i think u ought to pay something towards the headset that richy had to buy and is now ruined, but thats up to if you feel like doing what shud be the right thing to do.

im being made to look a cunt when i was supplied thewrongparts withno offer of refund after countless phone callls and text which i have saved and which are all unreasonable.

As there is going tobe no end to this i would ask the mods again to close and delete these threads before things turn nasty

i am down money andhave a pat that is no good to me and not what it was said to have been.
I now know who to have dealings with from now on and im sticking to the welsh lads unless someone is highly recomended by the welsh lads.

i havent had these problems with scot with the engine i had off him
even while he was in italy he still sorted things out andfor that he is a top guy.
