What are the T&C's for this? Especially full/partial cancellation of this because of the weather?

If the circuit feel it is unfit due to the weather and have to cancel us we get to go another day.

The full t&c are on the Oulton Park website.

If you can't come for any reason after you have paid, we try to sell your place for you

It's not on the OP website.

Is this being run by MSV or BMW Car Club? If the latter then OP t&c's will not be valid.

It's run by ourselves - we hire the circuit from MSV and have already paid for it in full.

If they have to cancel us then I am sure they would credit or refund us, which we would then pass on to our entrants.

Sorry to be vague but we have never had to cancel before - but I do know they cancel if the snow, ice or fog is too bad.
