right the car is a 89 325is it is fitted with the bmw alarm i just notest that the alarm fob has broke off [shit] just wondering can i get another please help

if your remote is in the shape of a rectangle with a corner cut off you can get a replacement case

82929402510 from memory was less than £6 when I was working for BMW.

i have two remote fobs,but my alarm is disconected,is yours the type to activate you press the bmw bit to activate?rectangular/corner cut off?

If you have the system 3 alarm (black oblong remote corner cut off with single button) you need to take your old one apart and see where the score marks and soldered joints are and copy them to the new remote.

It is very tricky to do but can be done outside of the dealership,
