Over the last week or so ive cured the steering issues and done a few hundred miles on my new battery... and still have a dodgy idle once warm and now it has even started to stall on me when parking and using full lock...

Im possibly thinking it could now be a faulty TPS? anyobody had similar issues? whats the going rate for a good decent second hand TPS?

Have you checked for air leaks in the intake hoses, as well as checking the ICV?

There is a way of testing the TPS - don't know it off the top of my head though.

May be a rare case, but I eventually solved my lumpy idle by changing the fuel filter - the sh*t that came out was disgusting!!

Hope it helps!

If its running rough when warm, have a look at the Blue engine temp sensor......

:) mine did this until i fixed the tps . test for continuity on inner to outer tps connector pins when throttle closed (cant remember whether left or right _ one for idle switch and one is for wide open throttle) . mine required re_soldering inside, but apparantly a common problem is also the switch gunging up. but yes check for air leaks first
