I do hope that isn't angel eyes though...
They'd be better 9's all round, BUT they are BBS' splitties therefore you can't be too fussy
Yours is gonna look awesome on 9's

Yeah i know most people on here plus myself would prefer the RS's on a tech 2 sport than LM's but lets be honest here si they dont make genuine LM's look shit.Simon13 wrote:toole325i wrote:do a poll then tool i think i know which rim the people will prefer. Real LM's on this car in a 17x8 on the front and a 17x9 on the rear would look absoloutly amazing!! Plus in the size i suggested there hardly cheap! That size of LM's brand new would defo set you back at least £1200 without tyres.

rs's do indeed make rm's look shit, not really worth comparing re to lm, different look and style for different types of car IMHO. The oldschool rs is always going to look better on an oldschool car like the e30.
cheers,

I would need to lose the eyebrows and angel eyes, apart from that its as good looking as a sport can get- wheels/color/tec 2 ect...very nice.
RSs are like the ablve, a proper 3 piece wheel, inner drum, centre and outer lip. they also have a mesh centre nut surround which the spoke design of the wheels flows into.
RMs are pretty similar at first glance but are 2 piece wheels. the rear barrel and the centre are cast as one and the other lip bolts on. the centrecap detail is different, the wheel spoke desight stops at the centre nut surround, and the surround itself is either a plain flat disk, or a flat dimpled disk.
theyre heavier, not as strong and more common than RSs but still fetch good money in the right condition.
