M20 Engine weight?

How much does an M20 engine weigh I'm gonna do a swap and want to make sure my (ahem) tackle is up to it :lol:

Even an M30 weighs only 143kg.....

Well i have a block and tackle but I fancy getting an engine crane hoist thing just trying to justify the cost :lol:

wow thats so much lighter than i thought

. i guess i was thrown because on bmwworld, a m20 from bmw 3.0si is listed at 199kg and an m52 is listed at 170kg. so i figured the 2.5m20 would be up in that region..

i am actually pretty darn shocked how light it is...i assumed it was a total piece of pigiron. so how much do the 4cyl engines in the e30's weigh?

just because a 4cyl dohc zetetc engine weighs about a 115kg..
